Revised patch for sk driver

I updated my patch for the lastest src/sys/pci/if_sk.c (Rev. 1.73), 
which was originally posted here:

This also includes Keith Mitchell's patch (with some clean-ups):

This patch supposedly fixes problems with promiscuous mode, multicast, 
and rtsol.
