TTCP/RFC1644 problem

   132.65.16.103 -> 132.65.80.32: "Uh, hello.  I don't know what TTCP is, could

   Whereupon 132.65.80.32 reverts to normal behaviour, and uses the same 6
packets as it would if TTCP were disabled.
