Device polling support for em and bge

Sorry I should have given more details. 

I am running 4.8-RELEASE and I did not see a _poll function in em driver
source. Perhaps my source is out of date ?

It is already supported for em(4), see man polling.  I was planning to
implement polling for bge(4) if I get free time.
