IPfilter changes?

Update,

I've just noticed, that it doesn't work for tcp connections
either, at least for whois. I could confirm this with
tcpdump and ipfilter.

I see the whois-reply in tcpdump (which attaches in front of
the filter), but get it blocked in the ipfilter log.
