Hi Sergey,
I just tried audio/libsndfile on Poudriere 12.2 amd64 (r367125) and it builds
fine for me.
Do you have any 'special' entries in Poudriere's make.conf?
Another, but unlikely possibility is a broken distfile. In this case, make
distclean and make fetch should allow for subsequent patching.
