multimedia/libvpx update

Hi Ashish and all.

While updating multimedia/gstreamer-plugins-vp8 port explicitly 
looks for libvpx.so.0 (vpx.0 not found), and failing to find it, is 
trying to install it over already updated libvpx which in turn breaks
whole process.
