Two mceusb bugfixes for the code in webcamd 0.2.4

Hi!

 I just learned about these two patches that improve mceusb behaviour
for /dev/lirc0 (I now can use another remote again without using the
devinput driver, previously only the shipped mceusb rc6 one worked
that way with the new rc code in the updated webcamd)
