Sure thing, I am maintainer of OpenOCD so I know how to change these
sums, but the remote file for win32-codecs seems to be changed some
time ago already so the port needs update - both mplayer and xine
(maybe more?) depend on it and fail to build when win32-codecs are
selected :-)
