multimedia/libmatroska broken after textproc/libebml update to 0.8.0

My guess that an update to libmatroska-0.9.0 is needed for compatibility 
with libebml-0.8.0 was correct.

I have just submitted ports/147256 with a patch that does the update and 
fixes the builds of multimedia/libmatroska and multimedia/vlc.
