Request for approval: unbreak multimedia/mpeg4ip-libmp4v2

Hi guys,
the newest devel/nasm doesn't support the -r option anymore. Its
equivalent is -v.

multimedia/mpeg4ip-libmp4v2 checks for nasm's version using -r, causing
the configure step to fail.

Could you please approve this patch?
