Integrated ICH5 sound on Intel D865GLC

Actually it seems likely now that the hardware *is* broken. I tried with 
Knoppix and FreeSBIE, and sound isn't working with them too. FreeSBIE 
worked successfully on another machine with identical motherboard. Time to 
dig out my old SoundBlaster :)
