PCI-Express Envy24HT audio card support

hello All,

as soon as someone help me with the issue, that i've described here:

i will add support for the first PCI-Express Envy24HT audio card to
the snd_envy24ht(4).

it is Tokyo Style S010-V PCI-Express audio card:

besides that, until the end of the year, i will made update to the
snd_envy24ht(4), that solves problems reported in the last several
months and will add support for some new PCI cards and hope for S010-V
PCI-E too.
