pvr-350 not working - how to debug?

Hello all,

You can stop looking for the problem now.
It was user error; I had plugged the tv-cable into another tv-card in
the same machine. :-(
Sorry for the noise.

The card works - now we can get back to testing drivers again.
With the pvr250 driver it works ok, with both video and audio.
With the (current) pvrxxx driver (this should be 09042007 unless usleep
has changed it) I get audio ok, but black picture / video.
