pvr-350 not working - how to debug?

Useing usleep's newer "pvrxxx_port-07042007.tgz"

Strange, but like i mentioned before, just the other day I tried the pvr250 
port, and then I "patched it, added cxm devices to the kernel conf and 
rebuilt it, according to the "make install" output
instructions. It seemed to work.?
and then I was able to load the cxm drivers,... and used mplayer to watch a 
channel on my PC with
/usr/local/bin/pvr250-setchannel -a on -m 1 13
cat /dev/cxm0 > whatever.mpg

Of course, now the pvr250 port doesn't work for me ?
