I intend to sync sources from both url sooner or later. The latest
can always be found at http://tomoyo.mybsd.org.my/HDA/ (sort of
experimental).

If you want to make your "vol" mixer works, you need to apply this
patch, and recompile snd_hda.

For RELENG_6:
