ffmpeg doesn't record sound from WinTV.

OK we're on the right track then.

Now that's odd it doesn't segfault on the new ioctl it segfaults
pn the first frame read - most odd, probably a delayed effect though. I'll
double check the BT848_SAUDIO specs, probably c isn't big enough :( The
trouble is I'm not in a position to test bktr stuff anymore - no inputs
to my cards.
