realplayer, mplayer, lost sound, and a kldunload snd_es137x panic

Ok sound appears to still work, thx. (No idea yet if the original problem
is fixed tho.)  One question: should I be able to kldunload snd_es137x
when sound is not used?  I get:
kldunload: can't unload file: Device busy

 At least I dont get a panic anymore... :)
