no sound with the HDA patch on ASUS A7M

With microphone (internal & external) is problem - sound very quiet(mixer mic 100),but when I connect
headphone  to mic jack - sound good.
I insert microphone in 'LineIn' and set mixer line 100 - efect the same :( 
mixer correct change volume on mic/linein channel

what needs make?
