Video streaming

Hi Johann:
Please help me.
How did you get ffmpeg working on freebsd 5.1?

I tried to stream using commands:

./ffserver doc/ffserver.conf &
./ffmpeg http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm

I got video grab device not found.

What shall I do to over come? I've to show a
demo, please help.
