emu10k1 and rear speakers

I have a SBlive! and my rear speakers work :) 
I used a patch from Orlando Bassoto, but his page doesn't seem to be 
available. 
I can send you the patch if you want. 
It work great on FreeBSD-4.8-RELEASE.
