Extracting from a .bin file

I think Alexander hit on it.  It does say that its an XCD so I guess I'm
just out of luck with this one since I don't have access to a win box.

Probably the best thing to do is delete it and move on to something 
else.  I'll keep the file another day or so in case someone comes up
with something else to try.

I really appreciate the suggestions since I learned a few more things
out of it all!
