regxpcom hangs on mozilla install : 5.3 Beta5 AMD64

When Makeing mozilla 1.7.2:

I have experienced Consistent failures from "regxpcom"  on FBsd AMD64 5.3 Beta4 and Beta5,
when it tries to register mozilla components after installing the binaries.

Today I compiled with debugging and no ( -O2 )  and this is the output:
At the end of this output regxpcom hangs in a tight cpu-loop consumeing
99% of the mill-power, until aborted with Ctrl-C.
My system is :

MSI K8T Neo2 Fir MOBO
Athlon64 3800+
1 GB  Ram.
