I pushed 2.6.4 in the BSD# repo 1 month ago:

Actually, mono, mod_mono and xsp versions are not necessarily in sync.
You should be running:
  - mono-2.6.4
  - xsp-2.6.4
  - mod_mono-2.6.3

If it's what you have, it's a good starting point for finding-out a way
to make me reproduce the problem.
