www/mod-mono + www/xsp not working properly with "apache2/2.2.14 (FreeBSD)"

For some reason, whenever I try and run asp.net code on our production
environment, I get a(n) "HTTP 503: Service Unavailable."

Has anybody else experienced this, and if so- why is it happening? My
mono is mostly up-to-date.. I run mono 2.6 most things, and
it is required for proper operation of the ASP.NET MVC framework.

P.S.: I added a bit of debugging to the mod_mono to try and help me
determine why xsp2 is dying like it is, however to no avail.

And whenever I go looking through the log files, I find the following-
