On the road with HEAD

So, as a followup, with kib's stuff in HEAD and rebuilding the
following ports:

dri2proto
glproto
libdrm
xf86-video-intel
xf8driproto

with:

WITH_NEW_XORG=true
WITH_KMS=true

set in /etc/make.conf 

I now have my X220 running with very lovely video and X.

(II) intel(0): Modeline "1366x768"x0.0   75.20  1366 1414 1478 1582
768 772 779 792 +hsync -vsync (47.5 kHz)

24 bit color.
