If anyone likes to port tpctl, there's already a version of the Active
Protection System hdaps: http://www.nupfel.de/data/hdaps.tar.gz That
results in a 404, but I've uploaded a copy of it to
http://bsd-geek.de/FreeBSD/hdaps.tgz
