Is 'ath' going to be updated for 7.1-RELEASE ?

Just saw the great news, Sam. Thanks for your work on this and for  
adding it to current. Checking my current@ email I found "HEADS UP:  
ath_hal updated to 0.10.5.10 -- PLEASE TEST" which I'm completely  
confident will solve the problems without any more patching.  I just  
changed my build script for tonight to not add the old patch the  
source.  I'll comment tomorrow after booting the new kernel.
