This problem is in fact solved  in the 6-STABLE version of agp/i810.c
which adds support for chip 0x27a28086. As a consequence the main remaining
problem on this laptop is solved. Note this brings XVideo support, but
harware OpenGL still does not work for an unknown reason. Xorg.0.log reports
(II) I810(0): [drm] installed DRM signal handler
(II) I810(0): [DRI] installation complete
(II) I810(0): direct rendering: Enabled
but glxinfo reports:
name of display: :0.0
display: :0  screen: 0
direct rendering: No
and glxgears produces crap results.

For the convenience of people who could be tempted to buy the same laptop
(i find it very nice, and not overpriced), here is dmesg, with, i hope, all
hardware detected - note there is a pccard controller, but no pccard slot,
only flash card slots, controlled by pccard. Also the touchpad is recognised
as an Alps touchpad under Linux with all sorts of functions, here it acts
as a standard mouse, tapping has no effect:
