I have Compex iWavePort WL11B+ 11Mbps 802.11b High Power Wireless PCMICA
w/ MC-Card Connector. (Price <$30 in Russian Federation).
This thin card is not supported by FreeBSD directly. But, I'm developing
the patch for wi(4) driver. Current version of the patch already work in
BSS and IBSS modes. The WEP security also work. Firmware have functionality
for HOSTAP mode...
