Hmm... "base 00000000" and "memory disabled"

vendor=0x8086, dev=0x3582 - is Intel product:
Chip Number: 	852GM/GMV
Chip Description: 	Integrated Graphics Device
Notes: 	Montara GM chipset, device #2

I'm think is resource allocation problem in FreeBSD and/or BIOS bug.

For example, part of boot log from working machine with same chip.
