Edge Router Lite: ntpd/ntpdate switch to 2050

just noticed that the output from ntpdate does not show the year. In this
case the supposed step of 0.91 seconds actually stepped from 13 Apr 2015
at 14:52:33 to 24 Jul 2050 at 14:22:06, a step of about 1104550384 seconds.
