Is the MIPS kernel buildable from HEAD?

The SDK is 1.8.1, using uboot 1.1.1.

Okay, that might be it.  Not having recently retrieved an SDK from Cavium,
what SDK version should I be using?  Or should I just update uboot from
outside Cavium sources?

The LED display is showing 'TRAP' so I know something has died.  I seem
to recall there was something about the boot block pointer being invalid or
NULL.
