>  3PAR is actively seeking an experienced software engineer for its 

> kernel group. This person will be working on the development and 

> support of 3PAR's virtual volume's kernel implementation and its 

> supporting utilities.

> Experience and Skills:

>  

> *         BSCS, CE, EE or equivalent technical degree (MS preferred).

> 

> *         3 to 8 years in system software design, implementation.

> 

> *         Must have worked in at least one of the following areas:

> kernel internal and/or major database internal.

> 

> *         Work experience in cluster software fail over/recovery or
data

> base recovery is a plus.

> 

> *         Must have experience with inter-thread
locking/synchronization

> primitives in a multi-threaded software environment.

> 

> *         Must be proficient in C programming and debugging

> tools/skills.
