Alexander,

I need a hs_err.log or at least exact java command line to give you
better diagnostic.

This crash could be result of an incorrect JVMTI agent attached or
you might hit one of bugs related to async profiling.

I'm not familiar with JBOS, but obvious workaround - disable all JVMTI
related service.
