patch to clean up Java 1.3 and Java 1.4 from bsd.java.mk

Hi René,

I think we should take the opportunity to remove Jikes support as
well. Indeed, Jikes is disabled for Java 1.5+ in bsd.java.mk. This
means that it will no longer be used after Java 1.3/1.4 support is
removed.
