Eclipse, User-Installed Plugins won't work

Hi Ronald,
well, .metadata/.log does not contain any "helpful" info at all -
unfortunately. I thought that I might install eclipse-devel, run that
against my Workspace and then check used-installed Plugins. Probably it
will change some settings that change the Search-Path for Plugins...
