FreeBSD gandalf 8.0-RC1 FreeBSD 8.0-RC1 #0: Thu Sep 17 18:50:57 UTC 2009 root at mason.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

>Description:
Can't download jdk-6u15-linux-i586.bin http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp. JDK has reached update 16.

When just increasing update version in ports Makefile, JDK_REVISION=16, I can install the most recent jdk. But the jvm doesn't start:

[mickraus at gandalf ~]\$ pkg_info | grep jdk
linux-sun-jdk-1.6.0.16 Sun Java Development Kit 1.6 for Linux
[mickraus at gandalf ~]\$ echo $JAVA_HOME
/usr/local/linux-sun-jdk1.6.0
[mickraus at gandalf ~]\$ java -version
/usr/local/linux-sun-jdk1.6.0/bin/java: error while loading shared libraries: libjli.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
gandalf# find /usr/local -name libjli.so
/usr/local/linux-sun-jdk1.6.0/jre/lib/i386/jli/libjli.so

Kind regards,
Michael Krauss
