etc/netbeans.cluster not found error

hi guys,
I want to install netbeans on my freeBSD 7.2 machine. I followed the
instruction found in
http://typo.submonkey.net/articles/2007/07/13/netbeans-on-freebsd#comments
When I try to run it using the command:
#./netbeans/bin/netbeans ...
the following error is generated "etc/netbeans.cluster can't be found "
Plz tell me how to fix it. I am a newbie to freeBSD.
