Java binaries available soon!

I just reread my response to this and thought that it sounded a little
curt, when it was not meant to be.  Sorry about that.

It is too late to include the shared class data in these binaries, but
its an excellent suggestion that we should definitely put into any
updated packages that we end up doing.
