install problem

hi,
i have downloaded diablo file:

diablo-jdk-1.3.1.0.tar


but i don't know to install it. i am using freebsd 4.10.

command 'pkg_add diablo-jdk-1.3.1.0.tar' doesn't work. i have
installed other packages by this command with succes (they were files
with tbz or gz extensions).

thnx for any advice.
