JBuilder 9 installer work for anyone?

Hi folks,

Anyone managed to tweak JBuilder 9 Personal Edition's per_install.bin to
work on FreeBSD?

It whines at me about being unable to uncompress vm.tar.Z.  But it's
trying to use gzip -d to do it.  Even so, when I edit the script to use
uncompress instead, I get the same results.
