java/jdk14 broken java.net.NetworkInterface (SIOCGIFCONF)

I have filled out a rather extensive PR related to the JDK14 port's
broken java.net.NetworkInterface.getNetworkInterfaces():

A patch is included.

For anyone who cares, this allows FreeNet
(http://freenet.sourceforge.net/) to work under FreeBSD, with the
JDK14 port.

Please CC me on any reponses, I am not subscribed to freebsd-java or
freebsd-ports.
