Your backtrace looks very similar to mine at

Can you get it to fail consistently?

I have been running a script that:
- brings the epair interfaces up
- attaches one end to a bridge
- brings a jail up
- adds the other epair interface to the jail
- kills the jail
- kills the epair interface

It only dies randomly in dev/prod boxes :(
