IPv6 init issue

Hello,

I've configured several different jails to host my services and such (howto to come soon, relating my experience) but I still have an IPv6 initialization issue.  It happens with plain jail and using ezjail to start jails.

lo0 is having the various 127.0.1.x IPv4 addresses for IPv4 networking, using nat/rdr
bce1 is having the various 2a01:240:fe5c:1::x IPv6 addresses

results in the following, preventing any services in /usr/local/etc/rc.d to properly start.  If I log into the jail after init and run the scripts manually, it works!  Even the system sshd refuses to start. host and basejail is 9.2-BETA1.
