new set of multi-IPv4/v6/noIP jail patches

I'm about to try out your latest patch
http://sources.zabbadoz.net/freebsd/jail/20080617-01-jail-7.0R.diff

i didn't find any instructions, did I missed them or they just don't
exists at all?
can you give us some short cheat sheet on what needs to be done in
order to install and use it correctly?
