"smart" switch recommendations?

I like the HP ProCurve 2626 and 2650. The 2626 is less then $500 for
us at CDW and it is fully managed. The only thing I don't like is
that HP does monitoring a port only 1 way, so you always have to
monitor 2 ports to get all traffic.
