SMTP log analyzer

What are folks using for sendmail log analysis?  We're seeing at least 
double the bytes transferred per hour over the past few days though no 
significant change in mailbox sizes, etc.  Someone could be 
sending/receiving large e-mails and then deleting them off of the mail 
server quickly but maybe there is something else going on.
