ISP's supporting sshd on port 443?

If you're not interested in ssh features like port-forwarding you can always
just install a shell as a CGI :-) Modify the attached to suit your own
authentication requirements.

I don't know if someone has written a proper ssh over HTTP(S) tunnel. I have
seen ssh over DNS though...
