Arpresolve cant allocate; ISP production Server DOWN!

Whew! I figured it out. I had an automated task that failed and added the
ip address of " " then all * came apart. The line was also added into a
startup script so when I rebooted it was there again! LOL; took that line
out and restarted... All is good :-)
