MySQL / Courier-IMAP / Postfix / sqWebMail

[Troy Settle]

A cleaner way to do this is to edit sqwebmail/Makefile and add this to
CONFIGURE_ARGS:

  --with-authdaemonvar=/usr/local/var/authdaemon

Which is where the courier-imap port puts it.
